Returning a lease can be confusing, especially if it’s your first time. You may not know your options or you may know them but can’t decide which one is right for you. We’re here to help.
Buy it If you fall in love with the vehicle during your lease you should buy it instead of returning it. Once it’s yours you can customize it in ways you couldn’t during your lease nor will you have to worry about additional charges for excessive wear and mileage.
Return it Out with the old, in with the new. If you want a fresh start in a new vehicle returning your lease is a great option. If you’ve kept your mileage in check and taken care of the vehicle returning your lease should be a pretty painless process.
Extend your lease Can’t decide what you want to do when your lease is up? Extend your lease for a few months to do some additional research on what’s best for you. It’s a good option if you’ve taken good care of the car and if it will lower your monthly payments.
